This is my good friend and yoga instructor, Dianne Condon.  This amazing mother of four is an instructor at the Yoga Polarity Center in Malverne, NY. She also holds classes in her home studio. If you are interested in taking one of her classes, she can be reached at (516) 551-9288.

Here are some fellow “yogis” at Dianne’s home studio. The protein shake she serves at the end of class is no substitute for a milk shake from Carvel, but she swears by it’s benefits!

We took a trip today to the Museum of Natural History in New York . It’s been a few years since we’ve been there and it’s still as impressive as ever. The scenery and fall foliage in Central Park was gorgeous!  

We had great weather while taking these photos at Tanglewood Preserve.  This high school senior is not only  beautiful, but also her class president and a lacrosse player. So I guess you would say she’s the whole package!

It took me six months to convince my friend Linda to let me photograph her while I was building my portfolio. As you can see she was a complete natural! She even did an outfit and accessory change. Her backyard was a beautiful place to take our photos.

• My two daughters and I spent a beautiful fall day in New York. We took a water taxi tour up and down the west side of Manhattan. Our final stop was the South Street Seaport.  This was the last day it was open before it was shut down for renovations.
